Marketing Director

Reporting to the General Manager & VP Sales, the Marketing Director will be responsible for designing, structuring, and deploying the company’s marketing strategy in order to support business objectives, increase brand awareness, support sales, and optimize marketing investments. To do so, the Marketing Director will have one employee reporting to them.

Your role:

  • Develop and maintain an annual marketing plan aligned with the company’s business strategy.
  • Define marketing priorities based on seasons, product launches, agricultural cycles, sales objectives, the needs of each branch, and workforce requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and product management to ensure consistency in marketing actions and the development of internal processes.
  • Plan digital and traditional marketing campaigns to ensure proper positioning of the brand and machinery lines.
  • Support sales teams with appropriate marketing tools, including documents, presentations, promotions, and field content.
  • Contribute to the development of the employer brand in collaboration with the human resources team.
  • Participate in organizing certain events, agricultural fairs, customer activities, as well as the employee Christmas party.

You are the person we are looking for if…

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or administration and/or equivalent experience.
  • You have 5–8 years of relevant experience in a marketing role combining both strategic and operational aspects.
  • You excel in communication and project management.
  • You are autonomous, detail-oriented, results-driven, and able to adapt to shifting priorities.
  • You have a strong interest in or knowledge of machinery and are familiar with the agricultural sector.
